Guests of Laugh for Literacy 2011 enjoyed sampling from the lavish spread of Spanish tapas provided by Emilio’s Tapas Restaurant, including Emilio’s signature paella, fresh seafood, earthy Mediterranean cheese and meat specialties and heavenly deserts.
